Well, 41 is here. Yup, back on Monday, April 1, 2024, I turned 41. (And no, that’s not an April Fools joke.) So over the past few weeks, I've been doing some thinking and reflecting on my own personal rollercoaster ride that we call life.

Like any good rollercoaster, the overall experience is a perfect combination of waiting in line, the , lift hill, the drops, the G's, the , and I wanted to share just a few life-lessons (40 in particular) that I’ve personally learned from the ups and downs of this rollercoaster ride we call life. So, in no particular order, let's go!
1. PAIN IS INEVITABLE

I can honestly say, if it wasn't for the pain of the past, and the lessons learned, I would not be able to do what I get to do today. 
3. ANGER IS NOT NECESSARILY A BAD THING

5. LET YOUR INTEGRITY SPEAK FOR ITSELF. 

Your words and actions go hand in hand.
6. THE MOST INNOCENT OF LIES STILL DESTROYS TRUST.
