WARRIOR ADVISORY TEAM

PROBLEM noun.  any question or matter involving doubt, uncertainty, or difficulty.

SOLUTION noun.  A method or process of dealing with a problem.

WHY?

Because every Warrior we come in contact with deserves SOLUTIONS.

Our Warriors face challenges, issues, and heartaches...aka storms, and since we are in the culture changing business as an organization, we want to help provide solutions to the problems.

That's where you come in...
If providing a fresh perspective on issues and brainstorming, discussing, debating, and deciding how we boldly and creatively serve our global military community, all the while keeping your fingers on the pulse of the military culture sounds like something you would like to do, then keep on scrolling and reading!

WHAT?

The Warrior Advisory Team is made up of currently serving Warriors who give of their input, ideas, and expert advise to help us accomplish our mission of supporting, connecting, equipping, and mobilizing the very core of every Warrior we come in contact with. 

No, you're not legally bound, but you are important to the success of our organization through working hand in hand with our leadership, again, to create SOLUTIONS. Without this team, we will never meet our Warrior's expectations and needs. This team MAXIMIZES us!

While our Board of Directors sets policies for ensuring excellent management of EWN, and our Lead Team ensures that the vision and mission is accomplished, our Warrior Advisory Team (that's folks like YOU) helps us with life changing, real time feedback from the front lines.

Our Warrior Advisory Team is vital. Those selected to be a part of this team will help shape the future of our mission, and implementation thereof. 

TEAM MAKEUP

This team is made up of currently-serving service members with representation spreading all branches and ranks, and chosen from available applicants.  Diversity of all kinds is key to the success of this team.

APPLICATION PROCESS AND APPOINTMENT

Applications are accepted on a continuous basis. Applications are reviewed and applicants appointed by our Lead Staff Team. 

MEETINGS

Because of the diversity and placement of team members, this Team communicates regularly through our own private Facebook group, as well as through our Every Warrior Texting Service to get weekly feedback. Meetings, video calls, or other communication as deemed necessary may be used as well.

BENEFITS TO SERVICE MEMBER

Opportunity to support your fellow service members and military families while gaining Leadership Experience, innovative initiative development with leaders at all levels (E1-0+). Team members will also receive a Presidential Volunteer Service Award.

TERM

Team members are asked to serve for two years, yet that can be extended or shortened based on what applicants desires are.
