IT'S AIR SHOW WEEK AT BARKSDALE

SINCE 2016, EveryWarrior, along with the help of countless volunteers from numerous organizations throughout our community, has provided hand delivered lunches for our men and women working behind the scenes at the Barksdale Air Force Base Defenders of Liberty Air Show.
Over the years, this weekend has become one of our favorite events of the year...even spawning a similar effort among some of our friends at Hill AFB in 2021.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY

Each day of the Air Show, we have the privilege of preparing over 500 box lunches for our currently-serving military members who are working behind the scenes at the show. 

YOU CAN HELP MAKE THIS HAPPEN!

SATURDAY + SUNDAY

MARCH 29 - 30

9:00AM - 1:00PM

FOR MILITARY AND CIVILIANS

SIGN UP TO SERVE
  • Volunteers will help prepare 550+ box lunches.
  • All food prep will be taken care of for us, so no cooking will be necessary.
  • Volunteers can be either military or community members.
  • You can pick which day you want to serve, or you can serve both days.
  • Volunteers are needed from 9:00am-1:00pm on the day(s) you sign up to serve.
  • Dress for the day is casual...so come relaxed and comfortable.
  • We will be set up on Base in a specific location.
  • If you do not have Base access to Barksdale, that is okay, we can help with that.
  • We will provide everything you as a volunteer would need, including sanitary items, gloves, refreshments, and water.
  • You can attend the Air Show once we are finished each day.
