DATE: Sunday, November 20, 2022.
TIME: Doors open at 5:00pm and the event starts at 5:30pm. 
LOCATION: It's happening in downtown Shreveport at the Shreveport Convention Center. The address for the event is 400 Caddo St, Shreveport, LA 71101.

You can park in the Convention Center Parking Garage for FREE. Park on the first our fourth level.

• If you park on the first level, you can cross the street to enter the building. 
• If you park on the fourth (top) level, you can use the sky bridge to enter the building.

Head on over to the Convention Center. Greeters will be able to direct you.

• The Feast is on the ground floor in Hall 1. 
• The Surfari Pals Kid's Experience (read more about that below) is on the top floor. 

Yep, your military/dependent ID. Upon your arrival, when you check in, you WILL be asked to show one proof of military affiliation per group. 

Seating is open so you can sit wherever you would like. If you want to sit with someone specific, be sure to check in together. 

Unfortunately, only those in your reservation can attend. Need to adjust your reservation? Shoot us an email at yourfamily@everywarrior.org and we will get it adjusted.  

Our School Age Kids (K-5th Grade) can participate in our Surfari Pals Kid's Experience...which you had the option to sign up for at the time of your reservation.

• Surfari Pals Kid's Experience is located on the top level of the facility. Greeters can steer you in the right direction. 
• You can drop off your kids upstairs beginning at 5pm and then make your way to Hall 1. 

Our younger kids, and any school age kids not participating in the Kid's Experience, will be in the main room with you. 

• We have a kids corner where they can play, an entire area full of games, balloon animals, their own activity sheets, and we hear that Santa may make an appearance. 

Totally free. If you need money in any way, you're at the wrong Feast. 

ABSOLUTELY! We created our Every Warrior Gives Back campaign for events just like this.

At the Feast, we will be collecting two things: 

1. Cold weather gear for residents at the Northwest Louisiana War Veterans Home. New or lightly used blankets, gloves, hats, beanies, and socks are all items that you can bring with you to donate. 
2. Toys and gift cards for kids/teens in our area living in foster care. These items will be given out this Christmas through our partner organization, Geaux4Kids.

You DO NOT have to participate in this to attend. This is totally optional. 

ABSOLUTELY! Shreveport Police will be on site providing security throughout the event.

Long story short, we wanted to give you a Thanksgiving experience that you wouldn't soon forget. Our hope is that you will find a little glimpse of family with us through this event. What started in 2014 (which actually gave birth to our organization) has continued year after year (adapted in 2020 and 2021 because of COVID) to be our flagship event where we gather together around Thanksgiving to just provide a way for you to have Thanksgiving with your local extended family.

Bottom line, we're doing this because we care about you and will do everything we can to make sure you don't spend the entire holiday alone.
