CREATED OUT OF A DESIRE TO SERVE OUR CURRENTLY SERVING WARRIORS IN A UNIQUE, CREATIVE, AND MEANINGFUL WAY, the Center (as we like to call it) is YOUR place. If you are currently serving, this small event venue is for you to use for the moments in your life.

Opening mid-2019, the Warrior's Family Center has hosted, on average, over 300 events each year. Warriors of all walks of life have held everything from baby showers, wedding showers, and birthday parties to promotions ceremonies, leadership classes, and retirements, we've even hod the honor to host a few weddings and memorial services.

You'll have to bring your own grill with you for that cookout, but this might just be the place for you!!

Here's what you need to know...

  • Because of the nature and mission of our organization, this venue is exclusively for our currently serving service-members stationed in and around the Shreveport/Bossier area, and anyone married to them. 

  • Use of The Center is completely free, no questions asked.

  • Reservations are handled on a first come, first served basis. We ask that you fill out the online form below to begin the process. Once completed, Cristina Hatt, our Family Center Manager, will contact you.

  • We can easily schedule a tour prior to final booking if you've never seen the venue in person.

  • If you have an event that strictly benefits our Warriors, then we can talk about that on a one-on-one basis (we reserve the right to deny these events in the effort to ensure our Warriors have first right of refusal.)

The Center is 3,000+ square feet and comes equipped with all this, and more...

  • A living-room style sitting area, perfect for small groups or meetings. 
  • Seven various table-top sitting/game areas.
  • An 85" Smart TV for presentations and sound system for your favorite tunes (no mics are needed in the room)
  • A fully stocked coffee bar.
  • The Cosse & Silmon Orthodontics Lil Warrior's Kids' Corner play area.
  • A 25' bar top with overhead lighting.
  • A 12' wall-mounted "laptop" bar with power and five bar stools.
  • Warm, modern lighting
  • Eight 6' rectangle tables and 48 matching chairs (with 5 additional round tables and chairs available on site.)
  • A pub-table style podium.
  • Modern matching chairs for the official party of promotions and retirements...thanks Johnson's Furniture.
  • A large entryway desk.


You are responsible for suppling:.

  • Any food and beverages you wish to have available
  • Ice and ice chests
  • Your own paper goods
  • Your own table cloths for kid-centered events.
  • Military flags necessary for ceremonies.
  • Any decorations you wish to use.
  • Extra chairs and tables, if needed.

GUIDELINES

Everything has guidelines, here's ours...

  • No alcohol of any kind is allowed on premises (no exceptions).

  • Setup and Cleanup must take place within your scheduled reservation time on the same day as your event. 

  • Entrance to the Warrior Warehouse or office area is prohibited.

  • Should you have to cancel your event, you must let us know as early as possible.

  • Please do not nail or staple things on the walls.

  • The Cosse & Silmon Orthodontics Lil Warrior's Kid's Corner is reserved for children preschool and under. Children can not be left unsupervised.

  • You are responsible for cleaning the venue prior to the end of your reserved time, including vacuuming, taking out trash, returning any moved furnishings to their correct place, etc. Vacuum and cleaning supplies provided. 

Failure to follow these guidelines could result in automatic rejection of any future events you wish to host.
