Thanksgiving and Christmas Update
#ThisIsFamily Those three words have been the identity of Every Warrior Network from the beginning. From that very first Warrior Feast in 2014, we knew that the mission was clear...take care of Warriors. Cause that's what family does. They take care of each other.
This year, we've seen an undeniable increase in the amount of support our Warriors have needed, and thanks to the generosity of people like you, we've been able to respond to that increase. With that reality in mind, we know that the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, for many, only prove to magnify the issues our families face.
So what does that mean? We shift, we adapt, and we focus on being a part of the solution to the issue at hand. Earlier this year, we made the decision to do just that. We decided to do something a little different, maybe even a little drastic, and that was to forego our annual Warrior's Thanksgiving Feast. Why? So that we could position ourselves ready to step in and help meet the needs that our Warrior's and military families will face this holiday season.
Our hope is that both those who help us meet the needs and those who have needs met will experience a taste of this thing we call FAMILY, and that lasting relational impact will be made. So with that being said, be on the lookout in the coming days and weeks for how you can get in on either giving help or getting help this Christmas season.
For EVERY Warrior!
