Is someone walking behind you? Hold the door. See someone carrying stuff? Open the door. Notice a struggling mom with her kids? Yep, the door needs to be opened. See someone unlike you in race, religion, rank, or anything else? Serve them by, you guessed it, holding the door open. Now, don't make it awkward and hold it open when they are a mile away, cause that's just weird. Haha.
