We can get so enamored by what we see on social media. Shoot, sometimes we can even get envious of the vacations people take, houses they live in, and success that they seem to always display online. But you have to remember, you are just seeing their highlight reel. This isn’t their day-to-day life. Some people don’t post about their struggles and hardships. Only the good times. It’s easy to get lost in comparison when viewing social media. But comparison is the quickest route to disappointment. Now, I’m not telling you to forgo your goals and dreams, I’m telling you that you need to love your life...and not the idea of someone else’s.
