I'm Not Going Anywhere

Finally, as important as all of the previous nine qualities are, the rubber meets the road right here. If these qualities are alive and well in a relationship, you can rest assured in this fact: The person on the other side who has your back is not going anywhere. What that means is that you've found a friend that is FOR you and that will be there for you through even the nastiest of moments in your life. They aren't going to get scared off or wander away, they aren't going to get mad and walk out or wake up and decide they no longer want the friendship. Through thick and thin, the people who have your back, or who are watching your six, are there...and the amazing assurance you have is that they will be there tomorrow.
